#4: Reverse Appliqué Hints, Tricks, and Tips |
| Many, many kites use appliqué as the means to decorate the kite
skin. What is normally used is called reverse appliqué. You work from the
wrong side. Layers are put together, stitched, and then layers are cut away to
reveal a stained glass effect.
